The temperature gauge ranges from -58℉ (-50℃) to +572℉ (+300℃).
Included with your thermometer is a probe cover to help prevent scratching, and 1 AG13 (watch-style) battery.
 
Please use care around fingers and other soft parts; the probe is very sharp.
Clean your thermometer probe with a warm, damp cloth before and after using.
Never use the Digital Thermometer in a closed oven.
