CPG Podge dries clear & glossy
Carefully cut out picture – use only the topmost layer of your serviettes
Apply a layer of CPG Podge to the item and carefully place the pictures, rubbing any excess Podge out.
Once dry, seal the whole project with another 3 or 4 layers of CPG Podge allowing each layer to dry completely.
